Growing up in Village Salarpur, life was simple but full of challenges. The streets were dusty, the schools were limited, and basic facilities like health care and guidance were almost missing. I, Aamir Husain, never thought that one day I would be working for the social development of my own people. But sometimes, life itself teaches you what your responsibility is.
From childhood, I saw people around me struggling with small things. A mother walking miles for medicines, a father trying to arrange school fees, an elderly person waiting for help that never came. These situations made a deep place in my heart. Slowly, I understood that real leadership does not come from a position — it comes from taking responsibility.
This understanding became the starting point of my journey.
A Small Beginning With a Big Purpose
For years I felt something was missing in our village. We had talent, sincerity, and hardworking people, but we lacked support, guidance, and organized efforts. I wanted to create something that would not only help people but also give hope for a better future.
With this thought, I laid the foundation of Marhaba Foundation Trust.
Our idea was very simple —
to stand with people when they need us the most.
Over time, the foundation became more than just an organisation. It became a movement of service, education, health, and humanity.
Challenges That Built Strength
Nothing came easy.
Convincing people, arranging resources, planning programs, and managing everything with honesty — every step had its own struggle. But I always believed that when the intention is pure, the path automatically opens.
Slowly, people started trusting our work. Villagers began sharing their real problems with us. Volunteers came forward. And the foundation started growing with sincerity, not show.

The Rise of Marhaba Foundation Trust
Today, Marhaba Foundation Trust is a recognised name in our region.
We work in areas that directly touch the lives of poor families and children.
1. Free Medical Camps
Hundreds of people get check-ups and medicines without worrying about money or transport. For many families, this is the first time they meet a doctor in their own village.
2. Education for Girls
Through Marhaba Girls Academy and Jamia Marhaba Lilbanat, we support girls who dream of studying but cannot afford it. Books, uniforms, fees — everything is taken care of by the foundation.
3. Support for Orphans and Needy Families
We provide food, ration kits, blankets in winter, and help for daily needs. The aim is simple — no one should feel alone in hardship.
4. Social Awareness Programs
From drug-free campaigns to hygiene awareness, we try to guide our community towards a healthier and safer life.
Marhaba Foundation Trust has now become the backbone of many families who depend on honest support.
Aamir Husain: Not Just a Founder, But a Worker
People sometimes call me a ‘social leader’, but in reality, I still see myself as a simple worker for my village. Leadership for me means going door to door, listening to people, and doing whatever is possible.
Every project we start has one goal —
to bring real change, not temporary shine.
The respect and trust people have given me is my biggest achievement.
Vision for the Future
My dream is to expand our work beyond Salarpur.
I want to build:
– a larger Marhaba International Academy
– skill development centres for village girls
– permanent health support centres
– orphan support homes
– and a stronger social welfare system for rural families
The foundation is not just an organisation for me.
It is my life’s mission.
Conclusion
My journey from a small village boy to a social leader is not a personal success story.
It is the story of Salarpur, of its people, and of everyone who believed in honesty and hard work.
Marhaba Foundation Trust stands today because of the trust of our community, the support of our volunteers, and the blessings of the elders.
And my journey is still going on.
Because as long as there is even one person in need, our work will never stop.
